Resolves YES if, by 31 December 2027, WHO reports that at least 30 countries in Africa are offering a WHO-recommended malaria vaccine (currently RTS, S/AS01 or R21/Matrix-M) as part of childhood immunization programs or national malaria control strategies.
Both national and subnational implementation count. The primary resolution source will be WHO. If WHO has not published an updated figure by the resolution date, the most recent WHO data covering 2027 will be used.
