Resolves to number of people/100 as a percentage, e.g. if 30 people come, market will resolve to 30%. If 100 or more people come, market will resolve to 100%.

Includes organizers/volunteers. Does not include any venue staff.

If someone only attends for part of the camp, they are counted.
