what conditions would trigger an “other” resolution?

@saulmunn I cannot currently think of any, but I have in the past thought a list was exhaustive and discovered later that it was not, so I have a policy of always including "other" when listing possible resolutions. Fortunately there is a natural way to express the belief that "other" is unlikely to get triggered :)

would other be triggered if it wasn’t possible to determine how many people attended? also is it gonna be resolved based on tickets purchased or checkins?
