@mods I have a position here so shouldn't resolve, but I believe it resolves NO based on searching for @firstuserhere on Google Scholar and checking their social media. Depending on what "coauthor" means exactly, there could be a situation with an accepted paper that is not yet publicly released, but I don't believe that's logistically possible at the moment for these venues (e.g., ICLR is in the review process, but acceptance decisions have not yet been made).

Does anyone know who firstuserhere is IRL who will able to resolve this? Or will this resolve N/A?
