@ZviMowshowitz description says before "the change", title says "this week" (and close date is in a few hours). Which are you going to use to resolve?
@DanMan314 I already decided that given their cooperation on Manifund, I am not going to withdraw a relatively small amount of value even if it is the otherwise correct play. So this was going to resolve NO either way.
(In general, I try to adhere to the description, not the title, so 'when the change actually happens' probably would have won within reason)
