Resolves to YES if Zvi creates at least 3 new markets in October, November and December 2024 combined.
Resolves to NO if Zvi does not create 3 such markets, or if Zvi creates zero new markets between October 1 and December 24, so that participants could then spend on other year-end markets.
I authorize the mods to resolve this market once the outcome is known.
