dreev's definition of quiescence: Staying the same (to the nearest whole percent) for two business days in a row, exculding federal holidays.

Would Friday through Monday count? Or Friday and Monday, but excluding fluctuations during the weekend?

I meant that the price would need to stay the same from 9am Pacific to 5pm Pacific two business days later -- the whole time, not just during business hours.

I think this means it has to be stable from Friday 9am to Tuesday 5pm. But I'll go with whatever dreev decides.
