If the winner of the Street Fighter 6 bracket at EVO 2023 is someone who has won a main game bracket at an EVO before, this market will resolve to YES. If it is someone who has never won an EVO before, this market will resolve to NO. Side-tournament and exhibition winners do not count. Evo Japan and Evo Online winners do not count.
