Age will be determined by their age on election day, 2028.

Any amount of time once they've reached the age will mean they've over that age; that is to say, someone does not have to turn 41 for the "Over 40" option to resolve YES, so long as they have turned 40 by election day.

This is a cumulative set question, so all the answers that end up being true resolve YES, and the ones that don't will resolve NO. For example, if the 2028 presidential election winner is 47 on election day, then "Over 35", "Over 40" and "Over 45" will resolve YES, and all of the other responses will resolve NO.
