Must be head of state/government that is recognised by at least one UN member state. Mention can be neutral, praise, or condemnation, but must directly and unambiguously refer to the movement.

@Ibozz91 my apologies for the resolution delay.
So far, based on front page Bing web searches with various search terms, asking Bing Copilot AI, and skimming the Wikipedia article, I haven't found any proven examples.
Unfortunately, it turns out there are a few complicating factors that would make this hard to find even if it had indeed happened:
Effective altruism is a very niche subject, with most sites mentioning it being from organisations affiliated with it
There are many obscure heads of state/government of UN nations
A brief passing mention in a speech, conversation, or interview primarily about something else might go unremarked upon by media
Major search engines have significantly degraded in their ability to find obscure webpages that well match long specific search queries, often instead just serving up popular webpages that only match half the words
LLMs frequently make stuff up if it seems to naturally follow from your question
I'm unsure if I would be justified in resolving no given this, do you have a strong opinion?
