Against: She hasn't appeared since Touhou 5.

For purposes of this market, it counts as appearing if she's playable, there is an ability card that references Mima or she's mentioned ingame (it must be clear she is mentioned).

I finally got around to playing it. I played most of the routes, found no Mima, spoiled myself about everything in the game and still found no Mima.
It'll surely be Mima's time next game, I can feel it in my bones, but this market resolves NO.

It's been 14 whole-numbered games since her last appearance. Seems to pretty consistently resolve to NO.

If she was coming back she'd be way more likely to do so in Ten Desires, a game about ghosts, or the manga Foul Detective Satori, in which the culprit is a vengeful spirit... who turned out not to be Mima.
