War is defined as government groups of people fighting, with at least one death and many 100's of injuries. Police, ICE, military, national guard. Potentially against citizens or not. Federal, state or city police.

@ian Any group of government against any group, including citizens meets the definition of War. It is already called a Civil War. All we need is the violence, one death and 100's injuries to make it resolve Yes.

@SteveBright Would you resolve yes at this point if a federal officer lethally shot a civilian? How are you tracking the causalities?

@Lilemont Don't need to track deaths. I'm open to suggestions regarding injuries. Let me clarify. 100 injuries must happen all in one "battle". About One day. Not over 30 days. Yes, if he killed a civilian. But it must be an organized group. Not a crowd of peaceful protestors.. AND 100 injuries.
