According to this site, click on >M6 and Past 2 weeks. Usually the number of quakes is between 6-10 in 2 weeks. This resolves to Yes if it reaches 20.

I’ve tried to find a counter example. I can’t.
@traders I don't know what to do here. I see no evidence for a yes resolution. I’ve clicked on around a dozen different date windows and there has been no doubling.
This personally feels like the burden of proof should be on the yes side to provide an example otherwise no should be the default resolution.
I plan to ping mods under this theory unless someone wants to make a case otherwise.
The sole yes holder has been inactive for 5 months…but by all means please speak up any and all.
