Resolved
YES

The Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill is due to receive its second reading on Tuesday.

Rishi Sunak has committed to going ahead with this despite a lot of opposition from his own party.

Will the vote go ahead?

  • This market will resolve to YES if there is a vote on Tuesday where MPs vote for or against the second reading of the bill. It will also resolve yes in the unlikely event that the second reading passes without the need for a full division - ie. it's passed unanimously without the need for a full division

  • This market will resolve to NO if the bill is withdrawn by the government before Tuesday or the vote is delayed beyond Tuesday's parliamentary session for any other reason
