Will Relativity Space's Terran 1 rocket pass Max Q on its first launch?

YES

For it to count as a launch the rocket needs to complete the countdown sequence and the holdown clamps need to release. A scrub won't count as a launch. If it's ambiguous I'll resolve to Relativity Space's statement.

Is this about planned max-q as obviously any launch could be said to have a perioud of max aerodynamic stress

@tinytitan The colloquial "Max Q", or planned max-q.

@Sailfish So callout then?

@tinytitan Yes, the rocket should make it through the callout of "Max Q" successfully to have passed "Max Q". I don't have the flight manifest but I believe it was at around T+ 1:41. If it disintigrates close to "Max Q" then I'll resolve the market to whatever Relativity Space releases in a statement.
