1 only -Whichever time range in which it's announced that Labour have won their 326th seat (or the last option, if they don't get to 326)

I will be using the time the returns officer finishes announcing all the candidates vote shares, if it's close to a margin between time ranges.

what does will it resolve if the time is on the boundary, say 4:00?
