• workers took control over the means of production in key areas (big factories, real-estate, banks, communication, transport & logistics, ...)

• more than half of the world (measured in population) achieved this by 2042 (not simultaneously)

• the resulting world-socialist federation has a planned economy

• the economy is organized in soviets - planned following the principles of democratic centralism
