I'll resolve this soon as we have a clear answer.
I'll use the acting Premier to resolve this, however I don't think that will impactthe result, since I'd expect that to usually be the Premier proper, or someone from the same party/coalition.

"Other" will cover any edge cases not covered by the 2 main options.
This includes straightforward results like a 3rd party winning the election, but also more bizzare results, such as the government collapsing, or the title of "Premier" changing.
(If for some reason there is not a Victorian State election in 2026, I'll resolve this as "other". Any other change of election date that still falls within 2026 will be inconvenient w.r.t the bet closing date but should not impact resolution of the bet.)
