Resolves to the proportion of these four groups that have at least two moderators at time of close. So it will resolve to 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%.
Please consider this a gauntlet thrown to have more than one person responsible for tagging markets in the top community groups.
Small print: I will not bet in this market. If the Manifold groups page changes I will still resolve based on these four groups.
