If his profile https://manifold.markets/ScottAlexander updates his profile page to mention or link to ACX (Astral Codex Ten) or links to his socials. Whether this profile is owned by the real Scott Alexander is immaterial. I am assuming it is!
Now the edge cases. I will check soon after the market closes. If he has filled it in and then reverted it since then, I have no way to verify so it gets considered a NO. So the result is based on what I see soon after market close.
