"launches" = countdown reaches T-0 and something happens (liftoff, RUD, FTS activated,etc). A scrubbed launch does not count.
Question resolves at the next launch regardless of name. If they skip IFT6 for some reason, change the naming scheme of the launches, or rename the vehicle the question resolves at the next launch.
If the program is cancelled/superceded by a new BFR or no launch happens before July 2025 question resolves "Other"
