The 2024 British Columbia general election is scheduled to be held this fall on October 19th, 2024. This market will resolved based on the total number of Green Party of British Columbia MLAs elected in that election.
Previously, the Green Party of British Columbia has won:
1 seat in 2013
3 seats in 2017
2 seats in 2020.
In 2017, the party's three seat win held the balance of power and crucially decided the next government. As of writing, the 2024 election is looking extremely tight and it is possible the Green Party could play a similar role again.
