It does not matter what position Mike Johnson is in, eg. if he is House Minority leader or not, it only matters that he completes his term as a congressman from Louisiana’s 4th district.
Resolves NO if he leaves his role as a congressman in the US House for any reason, even if he does come back.
Resolves N/A if Republicans maintain control of the US House after the 2026 elections.
