Resolves YES to only candidate above 50% in round one, if their is a candidate who gets over 50% of the vote in the first round and is declared the winner of the whole election with no runoff needed.

Resolves yes to wins 1st round and wins runoff, if the candidate gets the highest amount of votes in the first round and wins the runoff to win the whole election.

Resolves yes to 2nd place in the first round, wins runoff, if the candidate gets the 2nd highest amount of votes in the first round and wins the runoff.

Election expected on Jan 18 2026, with runoff (if needed) expected on 8 Feb 2026
