Resolution Criteria:
This market resolves YES if verifiable, publicly available evidence shows the event occurred exactly as phrased by the closing date.
It resolves NO if:
• There is no direct evidence that the event occurred,
• Or credible sources / primary documents contradict the claim,
• Or the event is proven fabricated, retracted, or demonstrably false.
Evidence standard:
Any of the following count as sufficient:
• A dated primary source (press release, official document, public dataset, or on-record statement by an involved organization).
• A reputable third-party confirmation (screenshot, document archive, independent investigation).
• Proof that linked evidence in support of the claim was falsified or retracted also qualifies for NO.
All posted evidence must be publicly viewable (direct links only; no paywalled or anonymous claims).
I do plan to vote in this market. Any objections or doubts as to how I judge or vote can be disputed but as a preliminary it should be known straightforwardly
@YesButNoButYesButNo based on evidence, the first question wasnt a proper vote. that was my fault, first time
