Context:

Two polish members of Sejm (lower, more important chamber of parliament) have been convicted for exceeding their official powers. This automatically expires their mandate as MPs.

However, they were previously pardoned (before being convicted) by president Duda. A chamber of the polish supreme court has waived their mandate expiration. However, the validity of that chamber itself is being questioned, and another chamber of the supreme court is expected to opine on this matter shortly.

This question asks, which way will the dust settle - will either of the MPs still be a functioning MP and counted in the votes on after June 30th 2024.
