Resolves YES if Sue Gray is in position as chief of staff by the close date. (The end of 2023.)
Resolves NO if her appointment is blocked, or if she or Keir Starmer back down from the appointment.
If the controversy rumbles on I may extend the close date, but I think this is unlikely.
If she is officially in position but then leaves the position again, the market still resolves YES. (It will resolve YES as soon as she is officially in position.)
