He must be convicted and serve time for actions relating or coming out of his professional work. i.e. an accidental car crash doesn't count, but being accused of lying during an investigation of covid/research related issues would count. Any type of trial related to his work. He must appear and be accused in court and be taken into custody and be confined as a result of it.
