Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to YES if, at any point before January 1, 2060, any of the following official legal actions occur:

  1. The International Criminal Court (ICC) formally opens a case or issues arrest warrants against any high-level official targeted by the campaign (such as Anthony Fauci, Peter Daszak, or Bill Gates) for "crimes against humanity" or "genocide" in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic or COVID-19 vaccines.

  2. A US federal or state grand jury formally indicts any of these individuals on criminal charges of "crimes against humanity," biological weapons violations, or mass murder/genocide in connection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus or COVID-19 vaccines.

  3. Any other sovereign nation's high court or international tribunal formally prosecutes or convicts any of these individuals for these specific pandemic-related crimes.

This market will resolve to NO if no such formal indictment, prosecution, or arrest warrant is officially issued by December 31, 2059.

Note on edge cases: Informal public tribunals, citizens' "grand juries" without official government authority, or mock trials (such as community-organized "Nuremberg 2.0" events) will not count for a YES resolution. The legal action must be executed by an officially recognized government or international judicial body.

Background

Dr. Richard Maximus Fleming (who pled guilty to federal healthcare and mail fraud in 2009 and was subsequently debarred by the FDA) is a vocal critic of the global COVID-19 response. He argues that SARS-CoV-2 is a lab-engineered biological weapon and that both the virus's development and the subsequent vaccine rollouts constitute violations of the Biological Weapons Convention and the Nuremberg Code.

To pursue legal recourse, Fleming launched a "Crimes Against Humanity" campaign. His efforts include co-authoring a petition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in late 2021 and establishing the "10Letters of Indictments Campaign" (via 10letters.org), which provides templates for US citizens to petition state governors and attorney generals to convene grand juries to prosecute public health and policy officials.
