The judgment criteria is:

• Someone makes up a word, meme, phrase, or just talks about this concept, by mid 2025, and it reaches 20m views on twitter.

• I'm looking for there to really be a new catchphrase, term, or at least broad, reddit-level discussion of the possible (maybe hype/maybe real) social change due to drunk people or young people now being able to ask for actually private places, which currently is only available if you have a private room or put down your ID to formally rent a hotel room, airbnb, etc.)

• i.e. the social structure and options available to people would be greatly expanded. This claim is about whether this becomes a popular public issue specifically related to sexual behavior.
