At 38 minutes they discuss the dangers of open source and at 48:50 he agrees with you @ProjectVictory that, at least in the short term, the biggest harms aren't the existential ones but the real ones that exist today.

@Jono3h he was more saying "at the moment I think more damage is done from misuse of the tool from misinformation rather than the future risks of AIG" which I think is a reasonable and pragmatic approach. Llama 3 isn't going to take over the world, but it might do some harm.
