You may want to make a special carve out to specify that Manifold staff/admins don't count, we can buy things and easily refund them for testing purposes (though, nobody has done that on prod afaik)

900k is a lot, tbh. That's enough to make hundreds of high-subsidy vanity markets, or enough to permanently own Peter Miller by moving the COVID market 30%.
