A U.S. judge has blocked the U.S. Department of Justice from pursuing an administrative case accusing Elon Musk's SpaceX of illegally refusing to hire refugees and asylum recipients.

I think in spirit this is the same a a dismissal - a higher court has intervened and ruled that the case even being heard is invalid.

I'm uncomfortable with the entire concept of the government having any right to second-guess a hiring manager's decision. There are always plenty of other fish in the sea for job applicants. The idea that the applicants should receive pack pay for doing nothing is insane.
