Will NVIDIA acquire OpenAI by 31 December 2028 (23:59 UTC).
The market resolves to YES if a binding, publicly announced agreement is executed in which NVIDIA acquires a controlling stake (≥50% ownership or voting power) in OpenAI, directly or through a subsidiary, before the resolution date.
It resolves to NO if no such acquisition is completed by the deadline.
Non-binding announcements, strategic partnerships, cloud or compute agreements, minority investments, joint ventures, or commercial collaborations do not qualify as a YES outcome. Resolution will rely on official press releases, regulatory filings, or clear confirmations from NVIDIA or OpenAI.

@Anurag The problem with that is that 5 people traded on your market and you just stole mana from them. You're not supposed to N/A markets just because you feel like it.
