Will Trump deport someone who is a natural born citizen by January 21st, 2029?
It will still be resolved YES if the trump administration "revokes" the individuals citizenship before they deport them, as long as they were a natural born citizen at one point.

@Balasar I don't think we know that for sure, depends on the definition of deportation. The hearing on May 16th could shed some light.
Sounds like the government is claiming that it's because her mother wanted to take her with her. If that's true... they probably fucked up by allowing this when the father was against it, but I would not really call it deporting the girl, I'd say they deported the mother and the mother took the girl with her.
If it's not true that the mother wanted to take her, then yeah they deported a US citizen, tho.
