Resolution criteria

This market resolves YES if Nicolás Maduro holds the office of President of Venezuela at any point during 2026. This includes any period where he exercises executive authority, whether through direct election, appointment, or restoration to power by any means.

Resolution will be determined by international news organizations, and statements from the recognized international bodies regarding who holds the presidency.
