YES

Resolves YES if all of the CBOS polling reports in the period estimate that a plurality of the entire adult population of Poland supports overall Ukrainian refugee admissions.

Resolves NO when at least one CBOS release does not show that plurality support.

May resolve N/A in the edge cases where the answer is difficult to judge, e.g. if there are zero new releases.

The polled issue of interest: “Do you agree that Poland should accept Ukrainian refugees from the areas affected by the conflict?”.

Only the CBOS reports on the adult-population-representative samples count. They seem to be frequent, comparable, and trustworthy-ish enough (if you disagree, price that in). All degrees of support (e.g. “strongly,” “moderately”, etc.) count.

For calibration, a topical CBOS 2022 polling summary is available in “Poles about the War in Ukraine and Help for Refugees” (p. 3).
