I'll consider sieze to mean anything from intentionally preventing the user from logging in, to wiping away any existence of the account, to liquidating some of the user's positions unilaterally.
The reasoning here would be that there is nothing preventing accounts with negative net worth from playing around with essentially free money and simply dumping the accounts when the loans are called in and turn the balance negative.

I'm not sure what to do because on one hand, it looks like Manifold siezed around 500k, but on the other hand, according to this Discord message, Catnee had a positive net worth before the seizure. I'm not sure how to square those two things with the question, which asks about seizures of accounts with negative net worth.
@MartinRandall It looks like @NikitaSkovoroda's account dipped and then went back up. Is there a Discord message about this?
@MartinRandall Clearly these fines are a yes resolution. I only bet to 25% because I don't want to bet enough mana to become emotionally invested in a non-productive discussion.
