We've heard stories about how the West have been shoring up their microchip companies to prevent spies and CCP sympthasiers from taking company secrets back up.
However, will another element related to these companies (so presumably information pertaining their manufacture, or design etc) be stolen by EOY?
I will resolve yes when I see a credible news source report it. Happy to take suggestions on how to clarify this description further!

@HanchiSun This is not my market, but I understand your point about interpreting the criteria. I think the focus on "be stolen by EOY" and "news sources" means there is just an end date, but the market creator probably should have been specific about the time period.
