@nikki Unfortunately, this is at my final discretion. I specifically outlined "Alaskan boroughs" as the county equivalent and I think the Unorganized Borough can be counted as one. The census areas exist only for Census Bureau statistics purposes and do not have their own governments, unlike all other county equivalents.
