YES = higher, 50% = about the same, NO = Lower

Resolves YES if at the end of July (~3 months from now) a panel of experts agree that the average rates for 1-month peer to peer loans is greater than or equal to 7%.

If they find it is within 5% and 7%, this market resolves 50%

The panel will consider median interest rate of loans above 5k mana, excluding Manifold staff.
