This market aims to find the interest for personal mana loans. It won't resolve and I will extend it, for as long as possible.
There are many personal mana loans on manifold.
But what is the interest of those?
Ask yourself the question, at what monthly rate are you willing to lend mana to another user.
This market percentage (hopefully) will converge to the rate that people are willing to lend mana for.

This market doesn't really work though. Since it doesn't resolve, it simply doesn't function. If you aren't going to resolve it you should make some sort of poll instead.
Also, note that interest rates change throughout the year. At end of year interest rates are very high. They are also higher if a liquidity strained market is active, like the LK-99 market. I think it would be useful have an idea of what the average or median going rate is, just pointing out that it fluctuates.
