Resolves to the name of the next leader of China. If the current political structure is maintained, it would be the next General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party following Xi Jinping. If there is a new political structure, it will resolve to the name of the leader in the most powerful or highest position, as determined by me.

There is no time limit for this question, it runs until Xi Jinping ceases to be General Secretary. End date will update accordingly. In the event of duplicates, the first will be chosen.
