as with the other market, I'm going to resolve this one to free up everyone's mana. now that Harris is officially the D Presidential nominee, I think the odds of something happening and Vance becoming the R Presidential nominee are so slim I feel comfortable with calling this now as they're no longer running against one another. if something happens to change that and they enter a Presidential Debate against one another, I'll re-resolve.
