Resolves YES if Spain's replacement asylum law announced on August 25 is enacted and published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado by 11:59 PM Madrid time on December 31, 2026. Otherwise resolves NO.
Approval of a draft or passage by only one chamber does not count. A materially revised final law still counts if it replaces Spain's asylum-law framework.
