@Quroe Since the original base is from shutterstock, you might be able to just buy the license if allows for things like commercial use. Otherwise, you would need to find a similar silhouette under a permissive license. Something like CC-0 would be ideal, but others might be workable depending. Wikimedia commons is the obvious place to start, but both Google and DuckDuckGo have image search filters to pick from open licenses. (I haven't verified how often they get it right.)
I assume Manifold won't come after you for using their own assets.
