This market will resolve based on a vote among the top 25 largest holders by amount spent on the /Joshua/2025-times-person-of-the-year-conso market. I will message them once it resolves and ask them if they liked the resolution, resolves to the majority opinion. If a holder doesn't respond within 72 hours, they'll be skipped and the next highest holder will take their vote. Voters will vote on whether the resolution was good, not whether they liked TIME's pick. If the referenced market never resolves, resolves to a random number generated by @FairlyRandom.
