This market resolves YES if the TIME person of the year award is given to "The Migrant," "The Immigrant," "The Deportee," or some similar category.

The award must be given to a group (i.e., "Zohran Mamdani" would not resolve this yes). It should be categorical (e.g. "The Migrant"), but special exceptions can be made so long as the intent seems obvious (e.g. Mahmoud Khalil, Kilmar Albrego Garcia, and Rümeysa Öztürk are declared people of the year, without any categorical title).

The recipient must be a group of people related to migration or deportation, but not enforcement. "Protestors" or similar will not necessarily resolve this yes. This market will resolve to the spirit, not the letter, of these rules.

I will not buy shares in this market. If the result is too ambiguous, this market may incorporate a poll to ask if the winner is sufficient for a YES resolution.
