Biden's withdrawal sure looks to me like it meets the description's criteria ("Biden: Losing 2024 election / not running"), and the creator seems to be inactive. 

This seems assymetric? Bibi could lose the next election but still try to run again in the future (like Trump is doing now), so Bibi losing the next election wouldn't necessarily mean his career "ending" any more than trump's did in 2020.

 The definition for ended is clearly provided in the description. So, if the provided description had said it counted, then yes, I'd have counted it. 

 - But it also means you won't know if Bibi's "political career" has "ended".

If the market ended in 2021, then when Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, you wouldn't resolve him to to "Yes [his political career ended first]", would you?

 Because it ends in 2025, the market will not be impacted by future elections of Bibi. Thus, it is not asymmetric.
