Today the court allowed freezing the funding for NPD. Many hope the same can be done for AfD. For an impact on Germany's election in 2025, a ruling before August 2025 would be necessary.
Resolves YES if the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) allows an AfD funding freeze.
Resolves NO if the court rules that a funding freeze is unconstitutional. Also NO, if no ruling until August 2025.
